About Jim Adams
Jim Adams has been in the construction industry since the age of 16. When he started, He trained as a carpenter and naturally progressed into building and construction. Since then Jim has worked all over the United Kingdom and further afield, with work spanning across the globe including in Gerberoy in France, The Hague and Rotterdam in The Netherlands, Antwerp in Belgium, Colorado in the United states, and more.
He has a reputation for attention to detail, working hard and going above and beyond the call of duty for his customers.
Thats why, In 2017, Jim Adams Construction was Highly Commended at The LABC Building Excellence Awards. The LABC typically award high quality work carried out by building and design teams who have had to deal with tough technical or construction issues on site. They shine a spotlight on the unique and creative solutions these teams have come up with and their professionalism that leads to safe, energy efficient and excellent construction projects. The awards are a level playing field where smaller firms have as good a chance of winning as large companies.
Jim and Elisa went to the awards ceremony in Plymouth, which was a sold out event for over 350 construction industry professionals.
The LABC says that their Building Excellence Awards are all about team-working. They highlight the excellent results that can be gained from great partnerships.
